When we say, "We aren't just in the advertising business; we're in the furniture business," we mean it. And it all starts at the top, with the agency's managing partners, four guys who live, eat, sleep and breathe furniture. By surrounding themselves with smart, hard-working, creative people who share their passion for retail advertising, HPL's owner-managers have demonstrated the unique advantages of doing one thing, and doing it extremely well.



Team Approach

Central to HPL's client services philosophy is accountability. That's why each client is assigned a team, including one or more designers, writers, producers and media buyers specifically dedicated to its account. That way, we can learn more about each client's priorities, product mix, competition, graphic standards – all the attributes that are unique to an account. This approach also makes it easy for clients to call and talk one-on-one with the team member responsible.
